• If you missed sign ups on Sunday, March 17^th, you can email your payment with our registration forms by printing it from the below link:

• Cost is $250 per cheerleader, if you have an additional player you will receive $25 off.
• Along with registration and payment, you will also need to mail in:

     1) your child’s birth certificate 
     2) a physical dated after March 1, 2013 (link below)

  **If you do not have these they will need to be provided by the first day of practice to be eligible to participate.

• Registration will close May 29^th, 2013. Mail in registrations must be received by this date.
